Workshops with heart.

Gentle spaces for learning, moving, and growing — together.

Our workshops are designed to meet people where they are — emotionally, physically, and creatively. Whether you're joining us for a movement-based session, a storytelling circle, or a hands-on wellbeing activity, each workshop is shaped with care, flexibility, and a deep respect for individual needs.

Grounded Grooming

Grounded Grooming is a gentle, sensory-rich workshop that invites participants to connect with horses through rhythm, breath, and touch.

More than just brushing a pony, this workshop is designed to support emotional regulation, body awareness, and relational safety — making it ideal for neurodivergent individuals, children, carers, and anyone seeking calm connection.

Participants are introduced to a range of grooming tools and textures, with the freedom to choose what feels comfortable. Soft brushes, warm cloths, and lavender-scented sprays offer soothing sensory input, while slow, steady strokes help build rhythm and co-regulation. Facilitators guide the experience with trauma-informed prompts, encouraging participants to notice their breath, posture, and emotional state as they interact with the horse.

Whether grooming side-by-side, watching from a distance, or engaging through parallel play, every interaction is consent-led and paced to suit individual needs.

Holistic Horsemanship

Our Holistic Horsemanship workshops offer a gentle, hands-on approach to learning with horses — blending practical care, emotional literacy, and trauma-informed connection.

Ideal for all ages and abilities, including young people, neurodivergent learners, carers, and community groups, these sessions go beyond riding. Participants explore grooming, leading, and stable routines while learning to read equine body language and communicate with kindness and respect.

Each workshop is paced to suit individual needs, with sensory-friendly options, visual supports, and space for quiet observation or parallel play. Whether you're new to horses or seeking deeper understanding, this is a safe, empowering way to connect — with horses and with yourself.

Horse Wisdom workshop

Our Horse Wisdom workshops offer a calm, reflective space to explore emotional literacy, regulation, and relational safety — guided by the quiet presence of horses.

Unlike our Holistic Horsemanship Workshops, which focus on practical care and communication skills, Horse Wisdom is centred on emotional connection, sensory awareness, and therapeutic interaction.

Rooted in trauma-informed practice, these sessions are ideal for neurodivergent individuals, carers, educators, and vulnerable groups. Activities may include grounding exercises, emotion mapping, consent-led interaction, and creative reflection using visual tools or journaling.

Whether grooming, observing, or simply being near a horse, participants are supported to explore trust, boundaries, and co-regulation in a safe and affirming environment. Horse Wisdom is about listening deeply — to the horse, to others, and to yourself.

Nature & Nurture

Our Nature & Nurture events include gentle, sensory-aware sessions designed to soothe the nervous system and nourish connection — with nature, with others, and with yourself.

These calm, outdoor experiences are ideal for families, carers, and neurodivergent individuals. Participants are invited to explore nature crafts, quiet play zones, and reflective spaces at their own pace. Activities may include leaf printing, wildlife spotting, mindful movement, or simply resting with a warm drink and watching the horses graze.

Each space is thoughtfully designed with emotional safety in mind — offering visual prompts, sensory-friendly materials, and freedom to engage or observe without pressure. Whether you're seeking a moment of calm, a creative outlet, or shared time with loved ones, Nature & Nurture events provide a welcoming environment where regulation and connection grow gently through rhythm, curiosity, and care.
